Yes. Every plan includes up to three email accounts on your own domain, each with 10 GB of storage and backed up daily. Extra mailboxes are £5 a month each.
Yes. Your website and email are backed up daily, so I can restore them if anything goes wrong.
No. Your included minutes reset at the start of each month. Anything beyond your allowance is £50 an hour in 15-minute blocks, and I’ll tell you before I start.
No. Every website I host is on a care plan, because I’m responsible for keeping it updated and secure. One neglected site can put others at risk.
Plans run for a minimum of 12 months, then continue month to month. You’re never locked in after that: if you decide to move, I’ll give you a full backup of your site to take with you.
Your website isn’t a one-off project. Once it’s live, WordPress, its plugins and its theme keep releasing updates, and each one needs applying and checking. Content needs refreshing. Small things need fixing.
A care plan puts all of that in one monthly price. I host your site and email, keep everything updated, backed up and secure, and make the changes you need, so you can get on with running your business.

Choosing the right level of care
Every plan looks after the essentials. The difference is how much hands-on help you want each month: Care Plus adds 30 minutes of changes and a monthly report, and Care Priority adds an hour of changes, same-day replies and a quarterly review.
Most small businesses choose Care Plus. If your website rarely changes, HIA Care keeps it safe and up to date for less.

If your website needs regular work every month, a retainer adds a set number of hours to Care Priority at £45 an hour, so you get guaranteed time in my diary each month at a lower rate.

Retainers include everything in Care Priority. Need more than 8 hours a month? I’ll put together a development retainer once the scope is agreed.
Add a time bank to any plan: 5 hours for £225, to use whenever you need it within 6 months.
Anything beyond your plan, retainer or time bank is £50 an hour in 15-minute blocks, and I’ll always tell you before I start. Plan minutes and retainer hours reset each month and don’t roll over.
Plans run for a minimum of 12 months. Pay monthly, or pay annually and get 12 months for the price of 10.
If your website is hosted elsewhere and you need occasional help, ad-hoc support is available at £60 per hour, billed in 15-minute blocks.
This doesn’t include hosting, monitoring or priority replies, and work is scheduled around care plan clients. I only host websites that are on a care plan.
